Rescuers evacuate injured people at the Place Saint Lambert square where two men threw explosives in the city center of the Belgian city of Liege December 13, 2011.
Three victims died on the spot and at least one died later at a hospital, Belgian news reports said. The GCP event was set for 6 hours beginning at noon (11:00 to 17:00 UTC). The result is Chisquare 21593 on 21600 df, for p = 0.511 and Z = -0.029.
